Shipping:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping cost = $0 for the customers in USA.

• Handling time: 1 Working Day 
• Shipping time: 1 Working Day
• Cut-off time for shipping: 2PM on working days (from Monday to Friday)
• Transit time: 2-8 working days
• Total Delivery Time: 4 - 10 working days (This does not include weekends and national holidays)

Delivery Status: 

• You will receive the tracking number via email when the tracking number is available, and then they will be able to visit the carrier website (FedEx/USPS/UPS) to check the delivery status.
